Job description

Promise Robotics is a rapidly growing venture-backed technology startup with a mission to help the building industry to harness automation toward producing more affordable and sustainable buildings. Our world-class team combines AI, Industrialized Robotics, and construction under one roof to develop the most advanced robotic products for the construction of highly efficient and sustainable buildings.

We’re looking for Product Manager to join our team and contribute to developing cutting-edge solutions for our core robotic manufacturing technologies. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize, develop and execute our software platform product roadmap that address real-world challenges in the construction industry.

What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with the cofounders and VP of Software Engineering to define the strategic direction for our cloud platform product, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market needs.
  • Develop, maintain and execution of the product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer pain points, preferences, and trends.
  • Create a clear and well-defined strategy for the product. This includes understanding market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and business goals to develop a vision for the product's direction.
  • Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and feedback and translate these insights into actionable features and improvements for the product.
  • Supervising the QA process and acceptance of the product releases.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, executives, customers, and other teams and provide updates on the product's progress.
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product, ensuring that product initiatives drive business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed:
  • You're an experienced product management leader
  • You have 7+ years of experience in product management
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills are second nature to you.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • A user-centric mindset and a passion for delivering products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
