Job summary

MNP’s Technology – Solution Delivery team is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy and roadmaps for complex digital solutions. You will partner with business and technology leaders to translate objectives into outcomes and lead cross-functional delivery.

You will guide discovery, manage backlogs, measure success with analytics, and leverage AI to enhance product outcomes while shaping the future of our mid-market clients in Canada.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience leading complex digital products or enterprise systems.
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and roadmaps.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience applying AI to improve product outcomes and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product strategies and roadmaps that align business priorities, user needs and technology considerations
• Partner with business and technology leaders to understand needs, establish priorities and translate strategic objectives into clear product outcomes
• Lead product discovery by gathering user insights, understanding business processes and identifying opportunities to improve products, workflows and experiences
• Collaborate with UX, architecture, development and other cross-functional teams to evaluate solutions and translate business needs into clear, prioritized product requirements
• Lead the agentic and traditional product lifecycle from discovery and planning through delivery, rollout, adoption and continuous improvement
• Manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring stakeholders have visibility into priorities, decisions and expected outcomes
• Facilitate discussions and working sessions that build alignment, resolve ambiguity and support informed decision-making across stakeholder groups
• Communicate complex business and technical concepts, product direction, recommendations, risks and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and senior leaders
• Partner with internal teams to support successful product launches and adoption
• Define and monitor product success measures, using user feedback, analytics and insights to guide ongoing improvements
• Embrace practical opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve product outcomes and the product development lifecycle

Skills And Experience

• 8+ years of Product Management experience leading complex digital products, platforms, or enterprise systems
• Demonstrated success defining and translating product strategy and roadmaps into measurable outcomes
• Experience influencing senior business and technology stakeholders and facilitating executive-level discussions
• Experience working across business, technology, UX, architecture, operations, and delivery teams
• Practical experience leveraging AI and modern tools to improve product management, research, analysis, delivery process, and decision making
• Experience with tools such as Aha!, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar product management platforms
