Toast is recruiting on behalf of this company for a Product Manager, Cyber Security to lead the development and lifecycle management of innovative cybersecurity product offerings. This company is a recognized leader in protecting public and private sector organizations through advanced security solutions. This role is a critical bridge between client needs, market demands, and internal capabilities, requiring a mix of product strategy, technical depth, and business acumen. Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for cybersecurity products, aligning with company goals and evolving market opportunities.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to monitor cybersecurity trends, competitor movements, and customer needs.
  • Translate complex security challenges into actionable product features that meet both technical and business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and marketing from product ideation through launch and beyond.
  • Prioritize product development initiatives based on customer feedback, risk profiles, and strategic value.
  • Develop pricing models that balance customer accessibility, revenue growth, and long-term profitability.
  • Create repeatable processes to transform internal innovations into market-ready products.
  • Ensure all products align with regulatory and industry standards, integrating security by design into development workflows.
  • Provide ongoing product analysis and improvements based on performance metrics and user feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a product or project management role, preferably in technology or cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute product strategies in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies including firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and industry frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical requirements into accessible concepts for various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis for product decisions, with experience in tools like spreadsheets, product analytics platforms, or business intelligence tools.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or professional certifications that demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and product leadership.
