As a Product Management Lead, you’ll aim to positively impact those around you, collaborating across teams and using your skills and tools to deliver value. The work:
  • Ensure customer and stakeholder value through clear feature alignment and benefit hypotheses.
  • Craft compelling business cases linking product impact to features.
  • Understand client business strategies and craft product recommendations to meet objectives.
  • Plan and manage cross-functional communication, keeping teams informed.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for building trusted, delightful products.
  • Identify critical questions and ensure final products meet business needs and delight users.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure delivery of key project milestones.
  • Identify new opportunities in evolving technical and market landscapes.
  • Manage feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into the product roadmap.
  • Communicate effectively with senior audiences and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Support technology strategy communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prioritize and manage product backlog, uphold agile practices, and define user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Build and lead teams of 4-20 throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Participate actively in release and PI planning, and mentor junior product managers.
Here’s what you’ll need:
  • 5+ years of product management and delivery experience.
  • Proven ability to create, manage, and deliver successful product roadmaps.
  • 3+ years of people leadership and management experience.
  • 2+ years of client-facing responsibility for product delivery.
  • University degree.
  • Eligibility for Security Reliability clearance.
  • Experience working with AI products.
  • Proficiency in English for international stakeholder communication.

  • You understand roles within product teams and delivery models.
  • You have a data-driven mindset focused on end-user needs.
  • You can partner with clients to set goals and success metrics.

  • You have experience with JIRA, Rally, Version One, and agile frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban.
  • You hold relevant Agile certifications (POPM, APM, CSPO).
