Job summary

Broadridge in Vancouver is seeking a highly analytical Analyst, Product Management to bridge business requirements and technology, translating client needs into functional specs and ensuring successful delivery. You will collaborate with Development, QA, Client Support and Services to enhance financial software platforms while meeting client and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Business Analyst or Product Analyst role in financial services (wealth management, banking, funds, securities)
• Strong understanding of financial products, operations, and regulatory environments
• Proven ability to work independently under tight timelines with minimal supervision
• Experience analyzing complex business processes and defining system requirements

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate client business processes into FRDs and user stories for our software platforms
• Evaluate and document business and technical requirements to identify optimal solutions
• Support QA to develop test strategies, test cases, and validate results
• Assist triage of client-reported issues to identify root causes and solutions
• Collaborate with Development and Product teams to clarify requirements and ensure quality and accuracy
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and market trends impacting product offerings
• Conduct risk assessments for project deliverables and contribute to risk mitigation
• Participate in client-facing and internal project meetings with updates and insights
• Maintain accurate project documentation and update project management tools
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously meeting deadlines and quality expectations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
