Required

As a product leader, your role is to design, implement, and manage a line of high-performing products that meet the needs of members and clients. You are responsible for developing, pricing, improving, implementing, and promoting the products offered, based on the needs of members, clients, and the distribution networks, and in line with market trends and Desjardins Group’s target position. You lead and influence specialists and stakeholders with respect to development projects and complex strategic initiatives of a cross-sector and highly innovative nature. You make recommendations on strategic initiatives with high operational and conceptual complexity, develop business directions, and advise decision-making bodies about product line improvements. Your responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and improving the product offer based on member and client needs, business priorities, and market developments.
2. Defining an innovative target vision and creating a mid- to long-term roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
3. Monitoring competition and market trends to identify opportunities and develop strategies.
4. Providing leadership in defining product directions and representing the target client experience.
5. Monitoring financial performance and optimizing the product offer.
6. Managing operational, reputational, and financial risks associated with the product line.
7. Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and advising on necessary frameworks.
8. Representing the team’s position to senior management, partners, and external organizations.
