We’re seeking a passionate Product Information Specialist to deliver exceptional support and education to retailers, consumers, health professionals, and internal staff while upholding our seven core values, including sustainability for people, planet, and profit.

  • Responding to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Providing clear, accurate information on health, nutrition, product details, and safety precautions.
  • Logging and tracking inquiries in a CRM system, aiming to resolve issues within 24 hours.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns efficiently.
  • Documenting and managing adverse event reports with precision.
  • Delivering engaging product training and support to internal staff.
  • Identifying and reporting trends to improve customer experience.
  • Adhering to safety policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

What you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in nutrition or a related field (preferred).
  • Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) designation (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the natural food industry (preferred).
  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and FDA regulations for dietary supplements (asset).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and strong computer literacy.
  • Strong understanding of natural health and/or Natural Factors products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Superior listening skills with the ability to address specific customer concerns.
  • A customer-service-oriented mindset, staying calm and positive under pressure.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
