Product Information Label Specialist II

This role will provide product label support for new product development as well as continued compliance for existing products in Zebras portfolio. As a Labels Specialist the role will involve working closely with our Engineering teams and suppliers globally to support Regulatory Certifications and other labelling requirement needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Designs layouts for product regulatory labels using design software programs on a Windows OS-based computer.

Uses Oracle AgilePLM to create label document part numbers and process label requests using change object to release labels.

Utilizes SharePoint and Jira tools to manage tasks and / or department documentation effectively.

Leads projects of moderate scope ensuring planning control and delivery align with timelines.

• Manages and analyzes large datasets in Excel utilizing basic formulas and data manipulation techniques.
• Records progress throughout the project lifecycle formulates status reports and presents updates to the project team and immediate manager.

Operates within a team environment while independently addressing minor issues and risks until resolved.

Processes certification requests from regulatory agencies by printing physical label samples using a Zebra Barcode printer and Zebra Designer Software and ensures they are shipped to the correct address.

Processes regulatory marking guide changes per direction from Zebra Regulatory dept and uploads / maintains file in .

Develops team process training materials and conducts training for internal and external customers.

Job Requirements

Preferred Education : Bachelors degree or Associates degree

Preferred Work Experience (years) : 2-4 years experience working in an engineering environment

Key Skills and Competencies :

Strong written and oral communication skills
