V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Product Information Label Specialist II for our premier client in Mississauga, Ontario .

WHAT YOU’LL NEED :

Technical Requirements and Certifications »

• Certified in Adobe CC Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw.

Education and Experience »

• Preferred Education : Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree.
• Preferred Work Experience (years) : 2-4 years experience working in an engineering environment.
• Experience using Jira (preferred).
• Experience in Oracle AgilePLM applications or other product lifecycle management software (preferred).
• Experience with barcode printers & related software (Designer Software preferred).
• Experience in creating process documentation and conducting related training sessions.
• Regulatory label compliance experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications : Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

Job Responsibilities :

• Designs layouts for product regulatory labels using design software programs on a Windows OS-based computer.
• Uses Oracle AgilePLM to create label document part numbers and process label requests using change object to release labels.
• Utilizes SharePoint and Jira tools to manage tasks and / or department documentation effectively.
• Leads projects of moderate scope, ensuring planning, control, and delivery align with timelines.
• Manages and analyzes large datasets in Excel, utilizing basic formulas and data manipulation techniques.
• Records progress throughout the project lifecycle, formulates status reports, and presents updates to the project team and immediate manager.
• Operates within a team environment while independently addressing minor issues and risks until resolved.
• Processes regulatory marking guide changes per direction from Zebra Regulatory dept and uploads / maintains file in SharePoint. Site.
• Develop team process training materials and conducts training for internal and external customers.
