Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Design layouts for product regulatory labels using design software programs on a Windows OS-based computer.
• Use Oracle AgilePLM to create label document part numbers and process label requests using change objects to release labels.
• Utilize SharePoint and Jira tools to manage tasks and department documentation effectively.
• Lead projects of moderate scope, ensuring planning, control, and delivery align with timelines.
• Manage and analyze large datasets in Excel, utilizing formulas and data manipulation techniques.
• Record progress throughout the project lifecycle, formulate status reports, and present updates to the project team and manager.
• Operate within a team environment while independently addressing minor issues and risks until resolved.
• Process certification requests from regulatory agencies by printing physical label samples using Barcode printers and Designer Software, ensuring shipment to the correct address.
• Process regulatory marking guide changes as directed by the Regulatory department and maintain files in SharePoint.
• Develop team process training materials and conduct training for internal and external customers.

Job Requirements

Preferred Education : Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree

Preferred Work Experience (years) : 2-4 years in an engineering environment
