As a Product Guide at Arc'teryx, your responsibilities include:

1. Delivering a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting problem solving.
2. Building a strong understanding of products and integrating this knowledge into guest interactions authentically.
3. Championing Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community.
4. Developing your passions both in and out of the store with team support.
5. Supporting in elevating the guest experience through collaboration with store leadership on projects and initiatives.
6. Providing feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to help drive sales.
7. Maintaining open, collaborative relationships with team and leadership.
8. Supporting store tasks as assigned, including answering phones, responding to voicemails/emails, and managing social media channels.
9. Utilizing the Point-of-Sale system for transactions, warranties, trade-ins, and returns.
10. Receiving and unpacking inventory as required.

Availability requirements:

1. Minimum one open, one close, and one weekend shift weekly.
2. Full-time (32-40 hours) or part-time (up to 31 hours) schedules based on business needs.
