Keak is an AI-powered conversion-rate-optimization platform. Our models automatically generate and A/B-test high-performing website variations, helping brands of every size unlock more revenue without extra dev time. We’re shipping fast, serving 1M+ requests per day, and scaling up after a fresh seed round - now we need a design partner who can keep pace with our growth.

Why This Role Matters

Design is one of Keak’s strongest levers: our UI must inspire trust, and our ad & landing-page creatives literally set the benchmark for customers. You’ll own the full design stack - from the product interface to marketing assets - and turn data insights from millions of experiments into pixel-perfect experiences that move the needle.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product experience: Map user journeys, create wireframes, and produce polished UI in Figma.
• Shape brand & visual language: Extend our design system, set typography and color standards, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Launch conversion-focused assets: Design landing pages, ad creatives, and social visuals; work closely with performance marketers to iterate based on test results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with engineers to ship features, and with product & data teams to translate experiment insights into design wins.
• Prototype & validate: Rapidly mock up ideas, run lightweight user tests, and refine based on feedback and metrics.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience on Framer
• Experience designing for an AI/ML product
• Familiarity with CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, etc.)
