Job description

Job Description: Product Engineer

Looking for your next big opportunity in product and engineering? Say hello to Creator — we empower brands and creators to collaborate at scale. Our platform helps thousands of creators unlock new income streams and grow through authentic partnerships. Trusted by global brands, agencies, and retailers, we’re on a mission to be the most trusted growth partner in the creator economy — powered by AI, data-driven insights, and seamless workflows.

If you’re a builder who thrives at the intersection of product management and engineering, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

Creator is seeking a Product Engineer to join our team. This hybrid role blends product management with hands-on engineering, making it ideal for someone who loves turning ideas into real-world impact quickly.

As a Product Engineer, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery to deployment. You’ll identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and ship features that directly shape how creators and brands collaborate. This role offers autonomy to drive both product decisions and execution while working closely with leadership, design, and engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Product Innovation: Prototype and ship traditional and AI-powered workflow MVPs that streamline creator and brand experiences.
  • Integration Development: Investigate potential API integrations to solve pain points such as missing campaign performance data or incomplete creator profiles.
  • Full Lifecycle Ownership: Define requirements, build, ship, and measure success — reducing the traditional gap between product and engineering.
  • Communcation and Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams while maintaining autonomy to execute independently.
Requirements
  • Product Expertise: 2+ years as a Product Manager, Product Designer, or Product Owner, with the ability to frame user problems, write user stories, and prioritize impactful features.
  • Technical Experience: 1+ years in frontend development (ReactJS) with a focus on rapid prototyping.
  • AI or Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with AI prompt engineering, rapid prototyping tools (Cursor, Replit, Blot), or experience in MarTech/creator economy is an asset.
  • Creator Mindset: A track record of creating projects, automations, or prototypes — you ship rather than wait.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Preference will go to candidates that have the ability to analyze data, design experiments, and apply insights to product direction.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits package (health, dental, and vision insurance)
  • A vibrant, dog-friendly office in downtown Vancouver with flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week
  • An inclusive team environment built on collaboration, innovation, and transparency
  • Opportunities for professional development, including access to industry events and conferences
  • The chance to shape the growth of a thriving company with significant personal and professional upside

Compensation Range: $80,000 – $120,000 CAD
