Job description

Our Business

FISPAN Services Inc. (FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in downtown Vancouver, FISPAN is on a mission to create the best product in the FinTech industry and fundamentally change the way that companies bank. Being the market leader in ERP Banking, we work with the world’s Tier 1 banks with assets exceeding $3T, including J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, TD and Bank of Montreal.

We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our high performance team and contribute to our rapid growth and exciting journey.

Role Overview

As a Product Enablement Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Customer Success. Your mission is to translate complex financial technology into clear, digestible, and engaging content. Whether you are drafting a technical Product Guide, building a training module, or helping manage product launch materials, you will play a key role in ensuring our partners and clients understand the full power of FISPAN’s platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Documentation: Draft, edit, and maintain high-quality Product Guides and "How-To" articles that help users navigate our embedded banking tools.
  • Training Content Creation: Support the development of training materials, including slide decks, videos, product tours, and interactive modules for our internal teams and bank partners.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in managing the lifecycle of enablement projects, ensuring that documentation is updated in sync with new product releases.
  • Internal Knowledge Base: Help organize and optimize our internal "Source of Truth" (LMS or documentation) to ensure information is easy to find and accurate.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product teams to "translate" technical features into enablement materials for users.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback on existing training materials and documentation to identify areas for improvement or clarification.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Current Student: Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Business, Communications, Computer Science, or English/Professional Writing preferred).
  • Strong Communicator: You have a knack for explaining complex ideas simply. Your writing is clear, concise, and professional.
  • Tech Savvy: You aren't afraid to dive into a new software platform or ERP. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or any LMS is a major plus.
  • Organizational Whiz: You can manage multiple tasks at once and have a high attention to detail (you’re the person who catches the typo everyone else missed).
  • Proactive Learner: You are curious about FinTech and eager to understand how global banking infrastructure works.
  • Location: Ability to work from our downtown Vancouver office (Guinness Tower).
Bonus Points
  • Experience with screen-recording/video editing tools (e.g., Google Vids, Vimeo, Adobe).
  • An interest in Project Management frameworks (Agile, Scrum).
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or tutoring role.

Join our dynamic and inclusive team at FISPAN, where your contributions will help us achieve our mission of revolutionizing the FinTech industry and fundamentally changing the way companies bank. Our modern and scenic office is located in downtown Vancouver in the Guinness Tower Building, offering an inspiring environment for creativity and collaboration.
