CBC seeks an experienced Product Director to co-lead our OTT product group. You will partner with your Radio-Canada counterpart to align product objectives and priorities with CBC and Radio-Canada’s overall goals, focusing on Tou.TV and CBC Gem. Your role includes guiding product managers, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing stakeholder relationships. You will set product strategy, oversee roadmaps, and ensure successful execution.
Manage and mentor product teams, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development. Contribute to team structure, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
Establish best practices for product management, foster continuous improvement, and optimize processes.
Note: Due to the role's nature, candidates must work in a bilingual environment, conducting business in both English and French. Candidates may undergo skills and knowledge testing, and background checks, including a criminal record check, will be required.
