Job summary

Give & Go is seeking an entry-level team member to assist in developing and updating product specifications. You will support Product Development and Technical Services on key initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Production, Quality Assurance, Marketing, and more.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, are pursuing or recently graduated from college, and possess a background in Food Science, bakery, or culinary fields with strong communication and

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a university or college.
• Previous Food Science/Science background or Bakery/Culinary background.
• Good communication skills with excellent computer literacy skills.
• Detail oriented with good organization skills.
• Understanding basic ingredient functionality and baking parameters.
• Ability to adapt to customer needs and Give & Go requirements.

Job Overview:

Responsible for assisting the department in developing and updating specifications for process and finished products. The role will also be tasked with assisting Product Development and Technical Services for business critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and measure parameters for finished product and document the data
• Update specification based on collected data
• Communicate updates with cross functional teams including Production, Quality Assurance, Marketing
• Maintain tracker for activity and update documents including SOP’s to reflect changes is needed

The Recipe for Success:

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a university or college
