As Product Development Project Manager, you will be the center point connecting multiple departments, supporting the product development process by ensuring all teams are contributing their expertise and deliverables. Collating data from Product Sourcing/Engineering, Planning and Operations, Sales, and Product Design into easily digestible Snapshots and trackers to aid in a smooth, on-time product launch.

Responsibilities:
  • Flagging roadblocks and areas of improvement while being an organizational resource to the Product Development and Marketing team.
  • Maintain and collaborate on key deliverables: Product development tracker, Product Snapshots, To be launched Tracker, Upcoming Launches.
  • Knowing when things are running on time or delayed will help leadership know where to prioritize their attention and forecast product launches. It is not your responsibility to have all the answers, but it is your responsibility to flag which information is not being collected and work with leadership and cross-functional teams to collect that data.
  • Ensuring that our most important tasks for product launches are set and ready through monthly/weekly meetings with Sales, Marketing and Sourcing/Engineering teams.
  • Ensure that the entire company (from Customer Service to Sales) is excited, aware, and informed through product announcement (1 per week).
  • Coordinate with Sales team to evaluate both internal and Circana/Power BI/ Stackline data to review product performance.
Requirements:
  • 1 - 3 years professional experience in relevant industry an asset.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, organization, strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of urgency, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent time management and proactive problem-solving skills.
