Job description

Typical Day in Role:

• Present proposals and designs to stakeholders and product owners and UX team
• Help product owners and technology teams to define user flows
• Define the roadmap and flows of product experience
• Support the IT team when reviewing completion of the proposal
• Support the lab teams who develop the product by clarifying proposals and definition of specifics in proposal design, clarifying UI rules
• Produce compelling designs to illustrate concepts iteratively through sketches, site maps, conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups and prototypes
• Labs are in Chile hence would need to communicate in Spanish + English with them

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1. 3-4+ years’ experience as a Product Designer
2. 2+ years’ experience in creating and implementing digital products
3. 2+ years’ experience with Figma

Nice-To-Have Skills:

1. Bilingual in Spanish a strong asset – will prioritize candidates who are bilingual in Spanish at professional level
2. 2+ years’ experience with Mural
3. Experience with JIRA, Confluence
4. Experience from FI/banking/e-commerce

Soft Skills Required:

• Ability to communicate designs to stakeholders and other designers
• Receive feedback with open arms and an open mind
• Cross-cultural skills and an ability to interact effectively with teams in different geographies

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in design, or related fields (or equivalent work experience)
