You will be able to independently conduct user research to uncover insights, validate design decisions and help improve product usability for yourself and other designers on the team, while synthesizing research findings into clear, actionable insights and report-outs that help inform product and design direction. Your skillset allows you to work within a Design System that includes working with brand and product usage guidelines through creative direction. You have strong communication skills that allow you to discuss and collaborate on implementation strategies with PMs, Developers, and QA, while also presenting your designs and research findings to client stakeholders with sound rationale and clear supporting insights.
