Experience Requirements & Role Expectations

• 5+ years as a UX/Interaction designer for digital/web products; in-house experience preferred
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in agile environments
• Proficient in wireframing, UX tools, and prototyping
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking for complex web or mobile products
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience with enterprise or B2B products is a plus

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver design solutions for complex enterprise scenarios aligned with business goals
• Engage in research and collaborate with teams to evaluate and refine solutions
• Gain deep domain knowledge in B2B and B2C aspects of online travel
• Advocate for user-centric design and represent Agoda Design externally
• Drive discovery, validate ideas, and influence product strategy and roadmaps
