You will bring a mechanical engineering background and hands-on experience with Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Revit, and MS Office, plus a practical grasp of lean manufacturing and gated development processes.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree or Engineering Technology diploma.
• Previous experience within a manufacturing or HVAC industry would be considered an asset.
• Proficiency in gated product development and lean manufacturing principles.
• Hands-on experience or basic understanding of power tools and hand tools.
• Technically inclined, energetic, and productive.
• The ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and attention to detail.
