Who you are :

As a Product Designer you will be responsible for designing the end-to-end user experience of our platform. From conceptualization to implementation you will work closely with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to create intuitive user-friendly designs that meet the needs of our diverse user base. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of our platform ensuring that event organizers can easily manage their events and attendees can effortlessly find and purchase tickets.

The Fine Print :

  • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile platforms focusing on the users journey from event discovery to ticket purchase.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction visuals and experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback using the data to inform and refine designs.
  • Create wireframes user flows process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop comprehensive UX strategies that align business objectives with user needs ensuring optimal user satisfaction and engagement across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends techniques and technologies applying best practices to ensure our platform remains competitive and user-friendly.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and effectively articulate design decisions to the team and stakeholders.
  • Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle including ideation prototyping testing and launch.

We are looking for someone with :

  • Design Experience working on a ticketing platform is strongly recommended.
  • 5 years product design experience creating outstanding digital products preferably at a product company
  • Degree in Graphic Design Product Design User Experience Design or equivalent work experience
  • Expert knowledge of responsive web iOS and Android design patterns
  • Experience creating and evolving design systems
  • High proficiency in Design and Prototyping Tools (Figma Adobe Creative Suite Principle ProtoPie)
  • In-depth knowledge of digital technology user interfaces UX design practices usability testing and digital analytics
  • Experience with A / B testing
  • Portfolio of relevant Product Design work
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Bonus : understanding of HTML / CSS
  • Bonus : working knowledge of Asana and Notion
