A Canadian workforce management solutions provider is hiring a Product Designer to shape user experiences for their workforce management solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of professional UX/UI experience, a strong portfolio, and skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The role offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility in work arrangements while ensuring collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Team Lead, as a Product Designer, you’ll help shape the future of Payworks’ workforce management solutions. You’ll transform complex workflows into simple, accessible experiences that empower thousands of businesses and employees across Canada. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll advocate for users at every stage of the product lifecycle, balancing creativity with practicality to deliver products that people trust and enjoy using.
