  • Create prototypes used by business stakeholders to showcase our products and experiences within and outside of Manulife.
  • Work with business partners to gather requirements needed to stitch together rapid interactive prototypes (web + mobile) helping to communicate compelling narratives for internal stakeholders as well as clients.
  • Write, edit and test copy for our web and mobile experiences.
  • Present work to different levels of leadership and iterate to feedback quickly.
  • Support the HCD team in other initiatives within Group Benefits on an as needed basis (e.g. contributing to our Design System).

  • Have recently graduated from a relevant design program.
  • High level of proficiency in Figma including creating interactive prototypes.
  • Experience designing and testing adaptive mobile and web experiences.
  • Experience writing and testing copy for web and / or mobile experiences.

  • Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and presenting work.
  • Comfortable turning around deliverables in tight deadlines.

Who you are :

If you are someone who learns by doing, are excited by being surrounded by a talented team, are collaborative by nature, have created wireframes, low and hi-fi mock-ups, and are comfortable creating prototypes in Figma for mobile and web experiences we want to hear from you.

You are also…
