Job summary

Fellow Insights Inc. seeks an experienced Product Designer to own outcomes end-to-end, across web, desktop, and mobile, delivering features with impactful design in a remote-first Canadian setting.

The role requires strong product judgment, exceptional interaction and visual design skills, and the ability to move from sketches to shipped product, leading initiatives and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software design across devices and surfaces.

Fellow is the collaborative meeting assistant that helps teams make the moments before, during, and after meetings valuable. Behind our simplicity is a significant amount of complexity that spans devices, platforms, permissions, and integrations. Our job is to make it feel effortless and magical.

Designers at Fellow have unusually broad ownership. We don't have a traditional product function where you're handed requirements to execute. Instead, designers identify problems, shape the direction, propose solutions, and work closely with others to bring them to market.

What you'll do

• Design UI/UX improvements and features across the full product experience, from early concept through shipped product.

• Create functioning, realistic prototypes with world-class visual design polish.

What you need
