Lightspeed is looking for a Product Design Manager to join our FOH Hospitality team in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will lead your product design team in creating intuitive, impactful user experiences that restaurant operators find both valuable and enjoyable to use. You’ll also play a key role in nurturing the growth of your team—providing mentorship, fostering collaboration, and supporting their development as high-performing, user-centered designers.
What You’ll be responsible for:
You may be asked to contribute as part of the wider Lightspeed team to achieve organizational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role!

The tools you will use in our team are: Figma Enterprise, Miro and familiarity with UXR tooling (ie: Usertesting, Dovetail, Maze, Fullstory).
