What You Will Be Doing

As Product Design Lead – Digital Wealth, you will shape Tangerine’s digital wealth experiences, leading design strategy and execution across multiple squads. You will build intuitive, inclusive user experiences, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing. You will also mentor new team members, providing leadership in design.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading design for Digital Wealth
• Mentoring a team of product and experience designers
• Defining strategic design vision in collaboration with leadership
• Ensuring design quality and consistency across channels
• Creating scalable design systems
• Aligning with Tangerine’s digital experience standards

Client & Experience Leadership

• Advocating for user research, usability testing, and inclusive design
• Driving client engagement and satisfaction through design
• Ensuring accessibility and brand alignment

Collaboration & Influence

• Partnering with cross-functional teams throughout product development
• Facilitating design reviews and workshops
• Supporting stakeholder alignment and agile practices

Skills

We seek candidates with:

• 8+ years in digital product or service design, with 3+ in leadership
• A strong portfolio in fintech, banking, or enterprise environments
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in agile settings
• Post-secondary education in Design or related fields; Master’s preferred
