Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Deployment Specialist to lead the rollout of our proprietary CANVAS software for clients worldwide.

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our technology and the client’s vision, configuring, installing, integrating, and fine-tuning CANVAS to perform flawlessly in diverse, high-profile environments. You’ll deliver onsite and remote training, provide expert technical support, and work closely with internal teams to ensure deployments exceed expectations.

This position combines digital and hands-on technical work, customer-facing responsibilities, and occasional travel for onsite installations and commissioning.

What You’ll Do Product Deployment

  • Configure and tailor CANVAS hardware and software to meet unique client requirements.
  • Coordinate with third-party integrators to align software readiness with physical installations.
  • Develop and implement scripts for automated deployment and configuration.
  • Build automated testing systems to validate performance, stability, and network connectivity.
  • Conduct thorough pre-deployment QA testing.
  • Manage hardware purchasing, inspection, and documentation.
  • Install and upgrade hardware components (e.g., graphics cards, sound cards).
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to refine CANVAS based on real-world use.

Training & Enablement

  • Deliver engaging onsite and remote training to ensure end-users are confident and proficient.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Technical Support

  • Provide expert remote and onsite troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve connectivity and configuration challenges quickly and effectively.
  • What You Bring

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in software configuration via command-line arguments, JSON, XML, and OSC.
  • Strong working knowledge of both Windows and macOS environments.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing and troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to learn and master complex software platforms quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfort with safe handling and installation of computer hardware.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); French is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel within Canada, the US, and Europe for installations, support, and training.
