Job description

TheVice-President, Embedded Payments (EP), Product Delivery Manageris accountable for driving several key outcomes across a broad portfolio. Ultimately, these contributions will help us optimize and scale our business globally. TheVice-Presidentwill:

  • Become an industry thought leader and help senior leaders shape the strategic vision for the product
  • Work with the world's savviest and tech-forward organizations to directly embed payment capabilities into their platforms. This includes organizations that have complex structures and operate in multiple jurisdictions around the globe
  • Identify new opportunities by documenting Client feedback and working with Product Development to inform the product roadmap
  • Monitor the performance of products and services, including overall profitability, by identifying and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, risk, controls) to ensure compliance with both JPMC policy and regulatory commitments
  • As needed, support commercialization efforts by partnering with Strategy / Pricing / Analytics / Sales on market research and competitive analysis

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Delivery experience / PMO / Business Management, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed program delivery structure
  • Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive growth metrics and client/partner development objectives, specifically for emerging businesses
  • Knowledge of emerging financial services technologies with a key emphasis on APIs, private labeling, SaaS models, and design thinking practices
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
  • Understanding of the global payments industry
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Global travel required
