About The Role

We’re looking for a Product Data Scientist to drive insights and experimentation for Bree’s product development. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data science, a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, and experience leveraging statistics and machine learning to inform product decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover user behaviours, friction points, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems to support product development.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
  • Leverage statistics and machine learning to provide predictive insights and enhance personalization.

What You'll Need

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation, causal inference, and statistical modelling.
  • Familiarity with AI dev tools like Cursor to accelerate data insights.
  • Experience working with event tracking and product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously improve analytical approaches.
