About the role
Healthcare Solutions is hiring a Product & Data Integrity Analyst to join our growing Edmonton-based team. This critical role bridges product data accuracy, pricing analytics, and ERP system integrity to support our marketing, procurement, and retail operations. If you’re someone who enjoys digging into data, solving problems, and ensuring information is precise across platforms, we want to meet you.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain and validate ERP product records including pricing, descriptions, and inventory data.
• Audit and reconcile product information across ERP, website, catalogues, and digital tags.
• Support margin and pricing strategy with data audits and vendor/competitor pricing analysis.
• Troubleshoot data issues and ensure seamless ERP-to-eCommerce system syncing.
• Develop basic reporting tools or dashboards for internal teams using spreadsheets or BI tools.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure product data is accurate, efficient, and actionable.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a data-driven or product management role in retail, eCommerce, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), spreadsheets, and digital platforms.
• Detail-focused with excellent organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to investigate discrepancies and support data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel functions.
• Understanding of pricing logic, retail margins, or inventory optimization principles.
