About the Job
Position – Product Content Specialist
Location: Noida
Role Summary: We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and storytelling-driven Product
Content Specialist to bring our software products to life through words. This role is perfect for
someone who can distill complex product features into crisp, engaging messages that connect
with both business and technical audiences across social media, blogs, websites, and
campaigns.
You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and marketers to create content that’s not
just informative — but exciting, compelling, and conversion-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Content Creation
   Craft high-impact, platform-optimized posts for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels to drive
   engagement, thought leadership, and product awareness.
2. Product Messaging & Storytelling
   Translate product features and updates into clear, benefits-driven content for users, prospects,
   and partners.
3. Content Development for Collaterals
   Write product datasheets, web copy, case studies, email campaigns, and video scripts that are
   consistent with our brand voice and product positioning.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
   Partner with Product, and Marketing teams to understand the roadmap, capture value
   propositions, and support go-to-market initiatives with compelling narratives.
5. Content Performance & Optimization
   Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize copy and formats to drive awareness
   and conversions.
   Must have:

• 3–5 years of experience in content writing, product marketing, or digital storytelling
  (preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment)
• A strong portfolio of social media content and long-form product-focused pieces
• Exceptional command of language, tone, and clarity — with the ability to simplify the
  complex
• Familiarity with software product lifecycles, especially in enterprise or SaaS
• Strong understanding of content formats: blogs, social, web, email, decks, scripts
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Self-starter with a creative mindset and an eye for detail
  Good to have:
• Experience working with design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization tools (like SEMrush, Yoast, etc.)
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
• Exposure to platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Zoho Campaign, or WordPress
