Job description

A Product Consultant is needed to join our growing team in Canada (Toronto or Ottawa) and will play a pivotal role in delivering projects to our customers with outstanding quality.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, you will be part of the Project Delivery Team, working with customers to maximize their use of the Axiell ALM Product Portfolio. Your responsibilities will include configuring our products to meet clients' business needs, data migration consultancy, installation, configuration, testing, and general consultancy. You will collaborate with Axiell Project Managers to schedule, forecast, and ensure timely project delivery.

About You

To qualify for this role, you will need:

  • Ability to learn about various Collections Management Systems, understanding their configuration requirements and limitations.
  • Relevant technical qualifications, including database management (SQL) or experience with programming languages.
  • Experience providing consultancy on data migration, including mappings, specifications, and scripting for data conversion.
  • Ability to accurately scope and implement project deliverables to meet customer needs.
  • Assist in Quality Assurance prior to delivery.
  • Work within a set number of hours (budget) per project, aiming to stay within or below this limit.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through clear and frequent communication.
  • Manage your workload collaboratively to meet and exceed project milestones.
