What You Will Get To Do:

• Defining and documenting business requirements for enhancement requests received from internal stakeholders and outside clients directly as it pertains to the Global Wealth Platform (GWP) book of business.
• Performing business analysis and defining business needs efficiently.
• Defining business requirements to present to the Product managers within the team for approval.
• Once approved, work with development teams to develop and evaluate those requirements.
• Assist in managing and prioritizing the requested items received by the team.
• Support the audit of the application(s) managed by the product team.
• Preparing detailed requirements analysis documentation to support the development of cost-effective, client-driven, information management systems for both internal and external clients.
• Provide training and demonstrations to end users as required.

What You Will Bring:

• An effective communicator able to communicate with external clients and internal teams.
• Securities knowledge - equities, fixed income, options, private equity, hedge funds, insurance is imperative.
• Knowledge of front office operations is a plus, including FIX protocols.
• Ability to support application development, quality assurance, and user acceptance teams throughout the development life cycle.
• Knowledge of SQL to prepare queries for analytical and reporting purposes.
• Business Level Testing experience.
• Experience with the full trade life cycle, trading desks, and equity/fixed income markets is an asset.
• Knowledge of rebalancing processes and model management practices is an asset.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in product analyst/owner/manager roles.
• A related university degree in finance, economics, math, computer science, or relevant professional designation such as CPA or CFA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical skills and a full understanding of customer needs.
• An individual who builds bridges and can function as an interface between development, product, and implementation teams.
