Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. is seeking an organized admin professional to support product administration and data integrity across listings, costs, and supplier communications.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate item information, lead end-to-end listing processes, and support promotions and pricing changes. Ideal candidates bring post-secondary Office Administration training with 2–3 years in a similar role, retail exposure, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Office Administration with 2–3 years of related administrative experience.
• Retail experience is preferred and beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for data and listings.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product listing process and verify accuracy of listings.
• Maintain product manager system, cost, categorization, and location status.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on listings and updates.
• Process vendor claims and assist with promotional costing with Finance.
• Prepare reports and maintain supplier directories and files.
