Job description

At Wynford, we create transformative live and digital experiences that strengthen cultures and drive results for Fortune 100 and emerging clients. From global incentive travel and large events to experiential workshops and product launches, we deliver best-in-class events rooted in empathy, collaboration, and relentless innovation. Our passion lies in valuing every voice, fostering ownership, and designing with the end-user at heart.

About the Role

As a full-time Product Buyer, you’ll architect globally compelling incentive travel proposals by partnering with internal Sales Directors and valued supplier partners, such as hotels, DMCs and Tourism Bureaus. This role demands strategic sourcing expertise, creative vision, and the ability to embed our client centric philosophy into every interaction. Post-training, you’ll lead onboarding with autonomy, ensuring seamless alignment with collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design with Empathy : Craft proposals that prioritize the participant experience, anticipating client needs through a design-thinking lens.
  • Own Outcomes : Lead end-to-end pre-sale processes—from RFP creation to contract negotiation—with accountability for timelines, budgets, and risk management.
  • Collaborate Fearlessly : Partner with Sales Directors to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and resolve conflicts constructively, balancing diverse perspectives.
  • Elevate Excellence : Negotiate best-in-class terms with global suppliers while fostering long-term partnerships grounded in mutual respect.
  • Innovate Continuously : Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights to refine processes and deliver creative solutions.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in global incentive travel, meetings and events, including 3+ years in strategic sourcing / pre-sale planning.
  • Expertise in CVENT, contract negotiation, and building international supplier networks.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across stakeholders, navigate complex interdependencies, and communicate with strategic clarity.
  • A growth mindset : Adaptability to new tech (Outlook, Smartsheet) and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
  • Financial acumen : Budgeting, risk assessment, and ethical decision-making.

Who You Are

  • A Participant at Heart : You immerse yourself in the client’s perspective, designing experiences that resonate deeply.
  • A Courageous Problem-Solver : You tackle conflicts with positivity, balancing assertiveness with diplomacy.
  • A Collaborative Innovator : You thrive in cross-functional teams, driving solutions through diverse viewpoints.
  • A Detail-Oriented Strategist : You manage competing priorities without sacrificing creativity or accuracy.
  • A Global Connector : You build trust with suppliers and colleagues alike, embodying respect in every interaction.

What We Offer at Wynford :

Total Compensation : Competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package.

Dog-Friendly Office : Bring your furry friend to work for good vibes.

Time Off : Enjoy paid time off, including a winter holiday closure, birthday off, and additional personal time.

Professional Development : Access monthly training, industry memberships, and learning opportunities.

Wellness : Benefit from health & dental plans, fitness discounts, and an annual stipend for your wellness needs.

Bonuses & Incentives : Participate in a company-wide bonus structure and recognition programs like the DarWyn Awards.

Work-Life Balance : Hybrid flexibility tailored to your needs (open for discussion), empowering you to own your schedule, with a weekly anchor day on Wednesdays where teams gather in-office to collaborate, brainstorm, and fuel our culture. For leadership roles, we emphasize in-person participation on Wednesdays to lead by example, nurture connections, and actively shape the Wynford experience.

Travel & Exploration : Opportunities to attend global FAM trips, tradeshows, and supplier events to fuel creativity and industry connections.

Extra Perks : Enjoy discounts on activities, retail stores, team lunches, fun off-site gatherings, and a culture that celebrates curiosity and collaboration.
