Job Summary

On behalf of our client, a Crown Financing Corporation, we are recruiting for a Product / Business Analyst to be part of a team developing a loan application system. The role will be responsible for documenting business requirements, managing system issues and contributing to testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and execute user story acceptance tests
• Provide user story and solution support to team members
• Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents
• Understand business needs, constraints and problems to identify solution options
• Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release
• Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.
• Create, manage, release (production & ITE)
• Evaluate / develop business requirements.
• Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
• Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
• Document and Execute / Test user story acceptance testing
• Provide user story and solution support to team members.
• Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
• Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
• Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
