This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the behind-the-scenes execution of bringing beautiful products to life.

Position Overview:

This is a junior-level position ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in product development or production. You will be a key player in ensuring operational excellence across our sample and testing programs. From coordinating internal wear testing to organizing samples and managing wholesale requests, you will help bring our product vision to life with precision and care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about product.

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain the sample library and support cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, merchandising, wholesale) with sample requests
  • Prepare and ship sample packages as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of sample allocations by style and channel

Wear Testing Program

  • Coordinate and run our internal wear testing program for jewelry
  • Track and follow up on tester feedback, consolidating insights into clear and actionable summaries for the Product and QA teams

Pre-Production & Top of Production (PP/TOP) Sample Support

  • Assist in reviewing and documenting PP/TOP samples
  • Help prepare detailed product decks and comment sheets for supplier communication
  • Support the Product Development team in managing feedback loops with vendors

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Production, Design, QA, and Marketing teams to support ongoing product development and sampling initiatives
  • Proactively flag issues or delays and support resolution efforts

Team Member Expectations:

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable individual who will lead with empathy, inspire their teammates with a strong work ethic, and support the growth of their peers through establishing relationships built on trust and respect.

As a brand, we have seen incredible growth and success through our team’s proactiveness, curiosity, and desire to learn while building. We look for team members who embody these traits and have the confidence and comfortability to collaborate laterally, communicate ideas effectively, and support the company’s goals.

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in product development or production (jewelry or accessories preferred)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and Adobe Illustrator a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for product and the customer experience
  • Team player with a proactive mindset
