Our client is searching for a visionary Product & Marketing Manager who will serve as the driving force behind their market growth and brand evolution. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website, social media, and content creation.
  • Generate thought leadership content such as webinars, blogs, and e-books to position Edge Signal as an industry authority.
  • Prepare professional presentations and videos for various stakeholders, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our offerings in the market.
  • Design and implement growth strategies across paid, organic, and referral channels.
  • Build and optimize the marketing engine using advanced marketing technologies and tools.
  • Develop and communicate the product vision, aligning internal and external stakeholders around the product roadmap.
  • Design and deliver sales training sessions focused on effectively communicating the product’s value proposition.
  • Provide expert support for tradeshows, webinars, seminars, and other customer engagement events.
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Drive digital lead generation initiatives to boost sales pipeline and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to deeply understand customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with executives, sales teams, and key customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from a Canadian University.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technology marketing, IT product management, brand storytelling, or content creation roles, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot or similar.
  • Strong understanding of technology and a genuine interest in AI and LLM (Large Language Model) products is a big asset.
  • Proven track record driving growth in subscription models.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting regularly to C-level executives.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms, blog writing, and website maintenance.
  • Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
