Our client is searching for a visionary Product & Marketing Manager who will serve as the driving force behind their market growth and brand evolution. Key Responsibilities

1. Generate thought leadership content such as webinars, blogs, and e-books to position Edge Signal as an industry authority.
2. Prepare professional presentations and videos for various stakeholders, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging.
3. Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our offerings in the market.
4. Design and deliver sales training sessions focused on effectively communicating the product’s value proposition.
5. Provide expert support for tradeshows, webinars, seminars, and other customer engagement events.
6. Lead the go-to-market strategy with a strong sense of urgency.
7. Drive digital lead generation initiatives to boost sales pipeline and customer acquisition.
8. Analyze competitor offerings and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
9. Manage and nurture relationships with executives, sales teams, and key customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from a Canadian University.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in technology marketing, IT product management, brand storytelling, or content creation roles, ideally in a startup environment.
3. Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot or similar.
4. Strong understanding of technology and a genuine interest in AI and LLM (Large Language Model) products is a big asset.
5. Proven track record driving growth in subscription models.
6. Demonstrated experience presenting regularly to C-level executives.
7. Proven experience in managing social media platforms, blog writing, and website maintenance.
8. Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
9. Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing performance metrics.
10. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
11. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
