Job summary

Konrad in Toronto is seeking a Product Analyst to support the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products for our clients. You will track user behavior, evaluate performance, and translate business objectives into technical requirements.

Working with senior analysts, consultants, and engineers, you’ll refine analytics artifacts, participate in experiments, and contribute to product strategy and governance. This role blends product insight with consulting smells in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in product, data analyst, or digital strategy role.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana.
• Proficiency with Tableau/Power BI/Looker and SQL.
• Foundational understanding of digital product lifecycles and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track success metrics for digital products.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and feature usage to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities under guidance.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to form hypotheses, design experiments, and evaluate A/B tests.
• Assist in documenting telemetry specs, data dictionaries, dashboards, and reports.
• Coordinate with engineering and data teams to ensure proper tracking and data accuracy.
• Communicate insights through visuals, summaries, and decks to inform roadmap decisions.
• Identify ways to improve product tracking, reporting efficiency, and analytics frameworks.
