Product Analyst – PC Optimum Technology, Toronto, ON

Are you a creative problem-solver passionate about delivering high-quality outstanding solutions that improve how people work today? Do you demonstrate strong business analysis skills and technical savviness?

As the Product Analyst for the PC Optimum Technology team, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to collect business requirements, define solutions, facilitate communication to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that drive customer engagement and loyalty. We are looking for a self-motivated critical thinker who loves working cross-functionally.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project Management: Manage small to medium-sized projects - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, planning and implement
  • Change Request Management: Create, manage, and close change requests in accordance with established procedures. Coordinate off-hour activities with offshore team.
  • Vendor Support: Facilitate and support vendor sprint releases, ensuring adherence to timelines, coordinating activities, and ensuring successful deployments.
  • Program Management: Assist in program management activities, including task creation in Clarity, timesheet submission, and streamlining the approval process.
  • Resource Planning: Assist in the allocation and tracking of project resources. Drive alignment across PODs to ensure optimal allocation of resources to projects and tasks.
  • Communication & Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal program related meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. Build and distribute effective presentations for communication on on key initiatives and progress.

What you Bring:

  • Proven experience in a product analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communicator
  • Reliable, proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused with strong attention to detail
