Our client requires three (3) Product Analysts (or Senior Business Analysts) to work within the client’s Online-Digital Domain & Lending Solutions Domain. Candidates with experience working for Financial Institutions are an asset. These resources should have a strong background in business analysis combined with hands-on testing experience.

The work is hybrid, based in Regina, SK, with a preference for candidates who can work 2-3 days a week from the Regina Office. Locations outside Regina may be considered for remote work within Canada.

Location: Regina, Saskatchewan (Hybrid)

Mandatory Requirements

  • Strong background in business analysis with hands-on testing experience, essential for gathering requirements, validating solutions, and ensuring seamless product delivery.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, experience working in Agile environments, and the ability to understand different stakeholder viewpoints.
  • Ability to facilitate problem-solving and negotiate solutions between multiple business and IT stakeholders.
  • Relationship-building skills and the ability to understand the needs of FCC’s employees.
  • Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for building great products.
