Summary Of Responsibilities

The Product Analyst will support the Product Manager in researching, analyzing, and refining the product suite for the business. This includes assisting with engagement efforts involving the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Sales Incentive Team and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales & Marketing, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Analytics, Credit, and Operations. The Product Analyst will help ensure that product offerings are well-structured, aligned with stakeholder expectations, and contribute to business profitability.

The role will also involve supporting the management of key external partnerships and helping maintain alignment across internal and external stakeholders. The Product Analyst is expected to contribute insights and data-driven recommendations that support the long-term growth and success of the business. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support product delivery efforts by coordinating with Sales & Marketing, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Analytics, Credit, Operations, and external partners. Assist in ensuring the product is appropriately structured and priced, and help monitor system deployment activities to support successful implementation under the guidance of the Product Manager.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic product roadmaps by conducting research, analyzing data, and gathering input from internal and external stakeholders. Support the Product Manager in aligning product initiatives with broader business and financial objectives
  • Maintain and enhance product documentation, templates, and requirements by supporting the development and continuous improvement of processes. Ensure materials accurately reflect product and system functionality, in alignment with guidance from the Product Manager.
  • Support market research and competitive analysis for assigned products by gathering data, identifying trends, and preparing insights to inform product decisions. Assist in monitoring the performance of existing product offerings, helping to track dealer engagement, OEM alignment, and customer satisfaction under the direction of the Product Manager.
  • Prepare reports as required for various meetings including leadership and/or external stakeholders and circulate timely updates to keep stakeholders informed.

Experience Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma: University Degree
  • Program of Study: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field of study required;
  • Years of Experience: 1 - 3 years’ experience
  • Type of Experience: Captive Finance Product & Pricing experience preferred; Bank product functional experience
