Job Overview

You’ll demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and tackling challenges, ensuring that solutions are both effective and user-friendly.

What You'll Do
  1. Document and execute user story acceptance tests
  2. Provide user story and solution support to team members
  3. Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents
  4. Understand business needs, constraints, and problems to identify solution options
  5. Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release

  2. Facilitate problem and solution negotiation between multiple business and IT stakeholders
  3. Relationship-builder and collaborator able to understand the needs of FCC’s employees

What You'll Need
