The Product Adoption & Optimization Specialist (PAOS) responsibilities include pre/post sale clinical support (product presentations/demos/trials), clinical project management, workflow assessments and product features adoption. The PAOS will lead customer engagements to ensure product utilization through enhancing the customer experience. The PAOS will use clinical expertise of product functionalities to provide guidance and recommendations to customers to ensure focus product optimization and adoption leading to gold standard customer satisfaction.
