Description

Producers are critical to our success at Eventbase. They are the point of contact for our clients and lead the production of their event apps. These teams collaborate with our Production, Sales, and Product teams to implement and integrate our platform with our clients’ marketing and technology needs.

Department: Customer Delivery & Success

Location: Remote, Canada (PST)

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 / year

Successful Producers combine project management and customer success skills, focusing on complex offerings, mobile applications, and supporting enterprise companies.

This is a remote, full-time contract covering parental leave until May 2026. Post-contract roles are not guaranteed. The role follows Pacific Standard Time hours. Only candidates residing in Canada with valid work status will be considered.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, setting expectations, leading project updates, managing timelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Train and onboard new clients onto our platform.
  • Recommend features and functionalities to enhance the event experience for attendees.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring milestones and objectives are met on time, including resourcing, meetings, prioritization, and administrative tasks.
  • Oversee full project management: timeline, scope, resources.
  • Motivate and lead internal production teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Assess risks, clarify ownership, and communicate objectives to keep projects on track.
  • Assist clients with risk management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, 10,000ft, and Slack for efficient project management.
  • Handle multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines professionally and with good humor.
  • Occasional travel to client events as needed.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years managing end-to-end projects, preferably in digital and mobile spaces.
  • Experience working with premier clients as a Project or Account Manager.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management.
  • Comfort in managing client expectations via in-person, email, or phone communication.
  • Experience leading web and/or mobile development projects with six-figure budgets.
  • Proven leadership in guiding internal teams of up to 8 members.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for mobile apps; able to discuss technical topics confidently.
  • Fast-paced, proactive, and resourceful—"Mach three" pace preferred.
  • Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle chaos effectively.
  • Excellent soft skills, poise, and adaptability.
  • Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Willing to get hands dirty when necessary.
Nice to Have
  • Scrum Master Certification and/or PMP.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • Experience with Jira.
