Position Summary

What you'll do

1. Zone the department.
2. Rotate stock and check for expired products.
3. Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced.
4. Adhere to standards for cold chain, thermometer calibration, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, and expiry dates.
5. Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
6. Follow procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labels.
7. Ensure the department is fully stocked and ready for business.
8. Follow health and safety guidelines.
9. Stock merchandise, pick, downstock if applicable, apply product protection, set and complete modulars including flex modulars and shelf caps.
