Position Summary...

Working as a Produce Stocker at Walmart Canada is a great opportunity to develop your skills in the retail industry. What you'll do...

1. Zone the department.
2. Rotate stock and check for expired products.
3. Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced.
4. Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibration, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.
5. Follow food safety and handling procedures, including sanitation and cleaning protocols.
6. Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
7. Ensure the department is fully stocked and ready for business.
8. Follow health and safety guidelines.
9. Stock merchandise, pick products, perform downstocks if applicable, apply product protection when required, and set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and shelf caps.
