Job summary

Your Independent Grocer in Ontario is seeking a Manager to lead and develop the team, drive sales, and ensure top-notch customer service. You will coach staff, uphold merchandising standards, and be accountable for departmental results in a franchise environment.

The role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, sustainability, and delivering exceptional in-store experiences for customers and communities.
